O'Pool Nort" is an old farmhouse renovated into a B&B in 2021, located in Nort sur Erdre (shops and restaurants within walking distance), 200 m from the banks of the Erdre river (water sports activities), 30 km from Nantes and Ancenis (host's house nearby). It features all modern conveniences while preserving the authenticity of the building. On site parking. Another B&B next doors sleeping 3 people.
Year-round heated indoor pool (9x4m).
Wooden terrace (east-facing) opening onto a 600 m² enclosed garden with swing and table tennis (shared with the other B&B). Animal enclosure (sheep, hens, geese) on the property.
Ground floor: fitted kitchen opening onto the living room (wood-burning stove and table soccer), laundry room and separate toilet.
Upstairs: 4 bedrooms each with private shower room/wc (1 and 2: 160x200 bed, 3: 160x200 bed + 4 90x200 bunk beds, 4: 160x200 bed + 80x200 pull-out sofa).
Amenities: wifi, Bluetooth speaker, video screen on request, baby cot/bathtub/changing table.
