In need of fresh air and peace and quiet! Our new rental property "Luzéronde" is ideally located in Noirmoutier, in the village of l'Herbaudière (north-west coast of the island), at the end of a private cul-de-sac. The beaches of La Linière and Les Lutins are 500m from the house (200m as the crow flies!), Luzéronde beach is 1km away and the port 600m.
All you have to do is park your car in one of the two parking spaces on the property, and you can be on foot or by bike in less than 5 minutes.
There are 4 bikes available free of charge to help you discover these magnificent landscapes.
Our rental can accommodate 6 people and a baby, and has 3 bedrooms.
On the ground floor, you will find :
- a utility room with washing machine, ironing board and iron, hoover, etc.
- the living room has a large bay window overlooking the flower-filled garden
- a large WC.
- The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, fridge-freezer, induction hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, a range of kitchen accessories and crockery...
- In the lounge area, you will find :
4-seater rattan sofa, armchair, pallet coffee table, 80cm flat-screen TV, DVD player, books, board games...
- The 15 m2 master suite has a 160cm bed and an en suite shower room with walk-in shower and vanity unit.
Upstairs, there are two 11 m2 bedrooms: one with a double bed (140cm) and the other with 2 single beds (90cm); a shower room with shower cubicle, vanity unit and WC.

A south-facing terrace with shade sail (April to October), teak garden furniture table and 8 chairs, barbecue, 4 deckchairs
A wooden terrace with 4 armchairs and a table, perfect for relaxing and enjoying an aperitif.
4 adult bicycles, one with a baby seat, stored in a locked room in front of the house.
Baby kit available on request: cot and mattress, bathtub, bouncer, high chair and potty.
Possibility of hiring bed linen, towels and table linen.
