Fresh air and peace and quiet.... Our new, just-completed rental property, "La Blanche", is ideally located in Noirmoutier, in the village of l'Herbaudière (on the north-west coast of the island), at the end of a private cul-de-sac, facing fields of Bonnottes (peace and quiet guaranteed!).

It will appeal to people looking for two bedrooms, two bathrooms and 4 bikes (ideal for 2 couples of friends!).
Everything has been designed to make your stay a success:

Its location : The Linière and Lutins beaches are 500 m from the house (200 m as the crow flies!), Luzéronde beach is 1 km away and the port is 600 m away.
All you have to do is park your car in one of the two parking spaces on the property and you're within 5 minutes' walk or bike ride of everything.

4 adult bicycles are available free of charge.

Fully-equipped kitchen: dishwasher, fridge, induction hob, oven, microwave, Senséo coffee machine, plenty of cooking utensils...
Living room with sofa, flat-screen TV, books, board games, etc.
Master bedroom with 160cm bed and new bedding, en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower and vanity unit.
A cupboard in the entrance hall where you'll find a washing machine, ironing board, iron, household products, etc.
Its spacious upstairs dormitory (15 m2) with 3 beds: two 90/190 beds and 1 90/180 bed or relaxation area, bathroom (Italian shower and vanity unit) and toilet.

A flower-filled garden, fully enclosed and carefully landscaped. (lawn to be sown in March).
A large terrace with garden furniture and parasol, ideal for aperitifs and outdoor meals, and a barbecue.
