WELCOME TO L'HER MARINE, in the heart of Noirmoutier en L'Ile, in our villa for 6 people, which has been restored in an old farmhouse.
The villa, classified 3 stars, is ideally located at 3 mns with bicycle of the centre of Noirmoutier, the place of the market and the large pedestrian street of Noirmoutier en L'ile.

It's the perfect place to enjoy an ice cream as you lose yourself in the maze of narrow streets, have a drink on the terrace of a café, or share a moment of conviviality in one of Noirmoutier's many restaurants facing the harbour.
From the Her Marine, there are plenty of bike rides on offer: From the historic Banzeau district, you can cycle along the famous Jacobsen Bay and discover the Mullenbourg nature reserve. From here, you can cycle directly to the beaches of Bois de la Chaize (the Sableaux, Dames, Anse Rouge and Souzeaux beaches ....).

When you arrive at the fully fenced property, you'll find 2 independent, south-facing terraces, linked by a green area, complete with garden furniture and sun loungers. A perfect setting for a convivial aperitif with family or friends.
As you enter the villa, you'll be surprised by the authenticity of the place, with its superb exposed wooden beams and partitions decorated with a combination of solid brick and wooden slats.
You'll enjoy a fully-equipped kitchen-dining room, with oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, raclette set for 8, and a large bay window opening onto the terrace.
The relaxation area is equipped with a television (105 cm diagonal flat screen - orange TV - wifi, possibility of connecting to your Netflix account) and a large bay overlooking the landscaped area.
The villa has 3 bedrooms:
- One bedroom with a 160 x 200 double bed
- One bedroom with a 140 x 190 double bed
- One bedroom with 2 single bunk beds (90 x 190) and a small adjoining mezzanine lounge with a sofa bed for a 7th person (120 cm bed).
For all sleeping arrangements, you will benefit from 2 pillows (60x60 cm) per person, and duvets (size 220 x 240 for the double duvets).
The bright and original bathroom, with its solid white bricks, has double basins, a central bath and a shower.

Our friends the dogs and cats can also spend pleasant holidays, accompanied by their Masters, under reserve, after exchange with the owner. Only one animal is accepted. (Animals must be chipped or tattooed, vaccinated and not in categories 1 and 2) - 5€ / night
4 adult bicycles are available free of charge throughout your stay to help you discover the Ile de Noirmoutier.

Concierge services available:
- Towels, bed linen and household linen (20€ / person / stay)
- Cleaning at the end of your stay. (100€ fixed price)
- Baby kit (cot and mattress, high chair and bath and potty) for your little ones you 20€ / stay

In the event of confinement due to covid, the sums advanced will be reimbursed.
Weekly rentals during school holidays.
Minimum stay of 3 nights outside school holidays.
50€ discount for a one-week booking for 2 people from 1 October to 31 March, outside school holidays.

On your arrival, we will ask you for
- 1 deposit cheque of 1000€ for the rental.
- 1 deposit cheque of 100€ for the cleaning, if you book the cleaning.
- Payment of tourist tax: 1.32€ / person over 18 / day.

- 40 kms from Saint-Jean-de-Monts,
- 55 kms from Saint Gilles Croix de Vie,
- 85 km from Les Sables d'Olonne,
- 125 km from the famous Puy du Fou park
