MME GAUTIER - COTTAGE - MAISON INDIVIDUELLE 4 PERSONNES

Welcome to the Clos du Vieil cottage, set in a quiet cul-de-sac in the peaceful little village of Le Vieil, at the foot of the chapel.
Small streets lined with low stone walls and pretty fishermen's cottages on the sand - that's the picture postcard of Le Vieil.
You can get around here mainly by bike or on foot, wandering from lane to lane, almost all of which lead to the beach: Plage de la Madeleine, Plage de Mardi-Gras, Plage de la Clère.

The villa is ideally located just 1 minute by bike (about 200 m) from these beaches and the centre of Le Vieil, where you'll find a supermarket, tobacconist's, bars and restaurants.
The Clos du Vieil cottage is a charming new house measuring 37.50 m². It sleeps 4 people (family or friends).

You enter the villa through one of the 2 architect-designed French windows.
As soon as you enter, you'll find the kitchen fitted with a fridge, dishwasher, oven with microwave function, 2 induction hobs, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and all the crockery you need for a pleasant stay.
In the same room, you'll find a dining table and a relaxation area with a television. You'll be able to enjoy the sun all day long, thanks to the south-facing aspect of this charming little villa.
To complete the kitchen, the adjoining linen room has shelving, a washing machine and a hoover.
A pleasant south-facing lawned terrace with garden furniture, garden lounge chairs and barbecue will enable you to make the most of pleasant days and evenings with family or friends in a peaceful setting.
There are 2 bedrooms:
One bedroom opening onto the mezzanine relaxation area with a 140x190 double bed.
A bedroom with 2 single bunk beds (90x190), with a velux window that opens and shades off, and storage space in the bedroom with the single bunk beds.
All sleeping arrangements come with 2 pillows (60x60 cm) per person, and duvets (size 220 x 240 for double duvets).

You can park your car throughout your stay in the shared courtyard (private space).
2 adult bicycles are available free of charge throughout your stay to help you discover the Ile de Noirmoutier.
Our friends the dogs and cats can also spend pleasant holidays, accompanied by their Masters, under reserve, after exchange with the owner. Only one animal is accepted. (Animals chipped or tattooed, vaccinated and not in categories 1 and 2): 5€ / night - Please note: the property is fenced but does not have a gate.

On your arrival, we will ask you for
- 1 deposit cheque of 1000€ for the rental.
- 1 deposit cheque of 70€ for the cleaning, if you book the cleaning.
- Payment of tourist tax: 1.32€ / person over 18 / day.

Towels, bed linen and household linen (20€ / person / stay)
Cleaning at the end of your stay. (70€ fixed price)
Baby kit (cot and mattress, high chair and bath and potty) for your little ones: 20€ / stay

Weekly rentals during school holidays and from APRIL to SEPTEMBER inclusive.
Rentals for a minimum of 3 nights outside the school holidays.
50€ discount for a one-week booking for 2 people, between OCTOBER and MARCH, and outside school holiday periods.
