In the heart of the village of l'Epine, 5 minutes' walk from the beach at Saint Jean and 10 minutes' walk from the market town, we welcome you to our large family home.

The property consists of our house and, independently, a superb gîte on the garden level and, in the near future, two chambres d'hôtes (one with disabled access), each with its own private terrace.

Our villa invites you to relax and enjoy the benefits of rest and escape, whether alone or as a couple, in a peaceful setting full of charm in the shade of the pine trees...

Listening to your needs, in the spirit of a guest house, we will accompany you on your stay with delicacy and simplicity.

Our aim is to help you discover Noirmoutier as you wish.

This 42 m2 flat comprises :
- A fully-equipped living room and kitchen - sofa, TV, WiFi, dishwasher, fridge, oven, microwave, hob, toaster, hoover, iron.
- Bedroom - double bed (140cm), wardrobe, chest of drawers, cot.
- Shower room - Italian shower, hairdryer, washing machine.
- Separate WC.
- Private terrace - garden furniture, sun loungers and Weber barbecue.

For your convenience:
Beds made on arrival.
Towels and tea towels provided.
Toiletries supplied: shampoo, shower bath.
Coffee, tea and sugar available + culinary preparation (salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, etc.).

The accommodation must be left clean and tidy.

Reservations for a minimum of 2 nights are possible outside school holidays.
