The accommodation comprises a fully-equipped kitchen (gas hob, electric oven, microwave, toaster, Senseo coffee maker, kettle, fridge/freezer, dishwasher), opening onto the dining and living areas (TV and board games).
One double bedroom with 160 cm bed and dressing area.
One bedroom with 2 x 90 cm beds and dressing area.
A shower room with washbasin, shower, heated towel rail and hairdryer.
A separate toilet.
Laundry room with washing machine, hoover, iron and ironing board, ironing board.
The entrance to the swimming pool is shared by both properties (walkway in front of the rental property).
The pool is not supervised. Children and non-swimmers must be accompanied by an adult swimmer. Never leave them unsupervised. You are responsible for their safety. Do not dive. Your guests are not allowed in the pool.
Cleaning products, tea towels and hand towels are available.
Arrival time: from 3.30pm.
Check-out time: before 11.00 a.m.
End-of-stay cleaning charge: 50 euros.
