MEUBLE "LES CEDRES"

The gîte is a small 40m² house that can accommodate up to 4 people and comprises :
- a living room with a kitchen equipped with a dining area, a 5-burner hob, a mini oven, a microwave, a steam cooker, a coffee maker, a toaster, a fridge-freezer, various accessories and crockery, as well as a radiator, and a sitting room with a sofa bed, games, books and a radiator with a fireplace.
- a bedroom with double bed, wardrobes, dressing table with illuminated mirror, hairdryer and radiator
- a shower room with a large shower, a washbasin and a radiator/towel dryer
- separate toilet

The house opens onto a flower-filled terrace with table and seating, and a wooded garden with garden furniture.
It is situated on our property but is not overlooked and is totally independent. Only the car park is shared.

The gîte is located in a cul-de-sac 1.5 km from the village of Mervent, where you will find a grocery shop with a bread depot and other shops. Just 200m from the lake and forest, you can also enjoy hiking trails, fishing, pedal-boating, the various activities at the leisure and water sports centre, as well as eating out. There is also the Natur'Zoo 1km away and the Parc de Pierre Brune 7kms away, the Barrage Hydraulique 6kms away, and many other things to do and visit. 10kms away is Fontenay Le Comte, a Renaissance town with swimming pool, cinema and all amenities. Le Puy du Fou and the sea are 55kms away.

The forest is already home to many animals, which is why we do not accept our four-legged friends. An iron and washing line are at your disposal. Cleaning and linen are optional.
