New house of 62m2 for 4 people, equipped with wifi.
Reversible air-conditioning in each room, 2 bedrooms, a shower room and toilet, large living room of 30m2, comprising lounge and kitchen, entrance hall.
The house is fully wheelchair accessible, and will be certified for all 4 disabilities later this year.
We accept care beds for stays of at least 6 nights.
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, microwave, 3 hotplates, coffee machine, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, scales, mixer, blender. 1 hand towel, dish towel and sponge.
In the lounge, large connected television, sofa, coffee table.
The 8m2 bathroom has a hairdryer, washing machine, clotheshorse, iron and ironing board. There is a 90x140 shower, an upgraded toilet and a large storage cupboard.
The first bedroom has 2 single beds (90x200) that can be separated or joined together as you wish, a desk for teleworking, and a wardrobe with hanging space and shelves for storing your clothes.
The second, larger bedroom is wheelchair accessible. There are 2 single beds (90x200) that can be separated or joined together to create a king-size bed (180x200), and a dressing area.
Bed linen is provided, beds are made up on arrival, and the decor is neat and contemporary.
A large south-facing wooden terrace (30m2) is accessible from the living room, with no overlooked areas, table, chairs, parasol and deckchairs for you to enjoy the fine weather.
At the entrance to the house, a small patch of grass is also available.
On the cobblestones at the entrance, 2 very large parking spaces are reserved for you.
All-wood house in a quiet development close to the beach.
A map and tourist guide will be given to you on arrival.
Enjoy the beaches, water sports, nature reserves, birdwatching... the cycle path is at the end of the road, so you can get around freely without a car if you wish (there is a bike hire shop 3 km away).
Pets not allowed, non-smoking accommodation.
As the house and exterior are made entirely of wood, all sources of flame are prohibited (candles, barbecues, gas, etc.).
