- Large, bright 30m² living room (lounge and open-plan kitchen).
- Independent reversible air conditioning in each room for optimum comfort in all seasons.
- WiFi included throughout the house.

* Kitchen (Fully equipped) :

- Our kitchen is a real haven for gourmets, fully equipped to make your meals easier:
- Dishwasher, oven, microwave
- 3 ceramic hobs, coffee machine, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster
- Scales, mixer, blender
- Kitchen linen provided (tea towels, sponge).

* Le Salon & Détente :

- Relax in the living room with a large connected TV (smart TV), comfortable sofa and coffee table.

* Shower Room / WC & PRM Accessibility:

- Spacious (8m²) and designed for everyone:
- Extra-large 90x140 cm shower, fully wheelchair accessible.
- Raised toilet for greater comfort.
- Shower stool or chair.
- Hairdryer, washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board available.
- Large storage cupboard.

* The Bedrooms: Modular & Comfortable :

- Bed linen and towels are provided and beds are made on arrival. The decoration is neat and modern.

Room 1 (Teleworking friendly):

- Two 90x200 cm beds, adjustable (separate or joined together to form a double bed).
- Office space for teleworking.
- Wardrobe with hanging space and shelves.

Bedroom 2 (Spacious & Accessible):

- Larger, it offers easy circulation for wheelchairs.
- Two 90x200 cm beds, which can be split or joined together to form a 180x200 cm bed. We also accept care beds, subject to prior arrangement.
- Built-in wardrobe.

* The Outside (Relaxation & Practicality) :

- Large south-facing wooden terrace of 30m² accessible directly from the living area.
- Garden furniture, table, chairs, parasol and deckchairs to enjoy the fine weather.
- Small patch of grass at the entrance.
- Parking: 2 very large private parking spaces on cobblestones at the entrance.
- Secure shed: 4m² lockable garden shed for bikes or equipment.
- Electric vehicle recharging: Reinforced recharging socket available on the garden shed.

* Location & Activities :

- Situated in a quiet housing estate, our wooden house is ideally located:
- 2 km from the town centre and swimming lake.
- 4.5 km from La Grand-Plage.
- Cycle path at the end of the road for car-free travel (bike hire 3 km away).
- Enjoy the beaches, water sports, nature reserves and birdwatching.
- A detailed map and tourist guide will be waiting for you on arrival to help you explore the area.

- Pets not allowed.

- Fire safety: As the house and exterior are made of wood, all sources of flame are strictly forbidden (candles, barbecue, gas, etc.).
