The west-facing veranda is bathed in sunshine from early afternoon, with views of the sea and the neighbourhood. A table and chairs allow you to enjoy your meals while watching the activity of the boats in front of the marina.

The light-filled living room, with its fully-equipped, recent kitchen (grill oven), television and sofa, opens onto the terrace and veranda. You can also take advantage of the ocean views.

The 1st bedroom has a double bed (140cm) and storage space. The bathroom has a shower cubicle, washbasin and WC. The 2nd bedroom is an enclosed mezzanine with 2 x 80cm beds, bathroom and WC, and plenty of storage space. It is lit by a velux window and enjoys morning sunshine.

The entrance hall has a large cupboard.
The flat is on the 3rd floor with lift.

Sandy beach at the bottom of the residence, with lifeguard surveillance in July and August.
Town centre and marina about 10 minutes' walk away.
The flat is not suitable for young children.
