Situated 800 m from the Grande Plage and 400 m from the centre of Saint Gilles, this charming 1940s town house, a blend of the old and the new, has been completely renovated. The entrance is via the kitchen, which is very well equipped and laid out, thanks to its central island that is ideal for meals. The dining room is separate from the lounge and its study area. They open onto a 20 m² wooden terrace that also provides access to the front of the house and the street. Upstairs, the spiral staircase leads to 3 separate bedrooms, 2 with double beds and the 3rd with 2 bunk beds + 1 pull-out bed, as well as a shower room and an open-plan area with plenty of storage space.

Beds will be made before your arrival, towels will be provided and cleaning on departure is included.
