This magnificent family seaside villa is located on the Corniche Vendéenne. Renovated, its architecture, typical of the 1920s, has retained its charm and authenticity. The 48 m² living room is bright and airy. The kitchen is fitted with a dishwasher and opens onto a magnificent glass roof, a veritable winter garden. The south-facing balcony boasts stunning sea views, as does the master bedroom upstairs. The second bedroom has an en suite bathroom and the 3rd is ideal for children. On the ground floor, there is a large 26 m² room accessible from the outside, as well as 2 bedrooms, a shower room with WC and a linen room. The garden to the rear of the house offers peace and quiet in the shade of the large trees.

Beds will be made before your arrival, towels will be provided and cleaning on departure is included.
