Designed by a local architect, this semi detached house is typical of Noirmoutier Island, with all the modern confort for your spend nice holidays.Direct view on the natural reserve not overlookedIt is idealy located, next to the town center with its shops (900 meters), and close to all the beaches,
it offers you a wonderful sight seing on the Noirmoutier salted marches.
Ground floor
- Living-room with its terrace and its tiny private and closed garden, southward.
- Open kitchen with all what you need to cook on holidays : dish washing machine, fridge and freezer, combined owen (microwaves), toaster, coffee machine and Nespresso coffee machine, boiler,...
- shower-room (shower, sink and toilets).
On the first floor
- 1 room with a 140 bed,
- 1 room with two 90 beds (which can be joined for a couple or separate as you want).
- 1 shower room (shower, sink and toilets).
Sunny tiny closed garden facing south,
equiped with a fixed barbecue, table, armchairs and 2 sunbathing deck chair.
We shall lend you 2 adult bikes to go to the city center, the beaches, or through the island (the bike path is at the corner).
Washing machine in the next building for the 2 semi detached houses. Bike garage.
On request :
- Free wifi (for Clevacance custommers)
- baby equipment : 19 € per holidays (baby bed, baby chair, baby bike seat,...),
- baby car for bike : 24 € per week,
- house cleaning (end of stay : 53 €),
- sheeps and linen (directly at the Atelier shop in Noirmoutier)
You can also rent the semi detached house "Les Mimosas" (H2028).
So you will have 4 bedrooms (8 persons) and 2 living rooms (one for the adults and one for the kids).
No animal because animals of the natural reserve are coming in the garden or close to it.
