It is located at the entrance to the historic district of Banzeau, 100 m from the Jacobsen causeway, St Philbert's church, the château and the port; 150 m from the shops and the market; the large Sableaux beach is 8/10 minutes away by bike.
The building has been completely converted into a home with all modern conveniences (internet, insulation, low-temperature underfloor heating, Hase porcelain wood-burning stove, not forgetting the paintings that personalise the place).
The 40m² living room has a 5m cathedral ceiling, an open-plan kitchen and a bar, making it easy to get together. The night area is separated from the day area by a corridor that leads to :
- 2 family bedrooms (160x200 bed and 2 80x200 beds)
- 2 small bedrooms (80x200 bed and a 140x200 sofa bed), each with a mezzanine with an extra bed
- a shower room with walk-in shower and WC
- a separate WC
All the furniture and bedding are practically new (summer 2020).
Outside, a fully enclosed planted garden (parking available), bicycle garage, summer shower, terrace, summer dining tent plus armchairs, parasols, plancha, hammock stand, etc.
