This 18th-century house of character, located near a farm and the owner's home, was renovated in 2019 and is divided into 3 gîtes, with a shared indoor swimming pool (7x7m) and a relaxation area with sun loungers. The Athos gîte sleeps 10 people and can accommodate people with reduced mobility. Ground floor: living room/lounge/kitchen, wc, bedroom (1 bed 180x190) with en-suite shower room. Upstairs, you will find 4 bedrooms (1 bed 180x190) (3 with 6 twin beds 90), a wc, two shower rooms. Wifi internet access. Outside, you can enjoy a private terrace with garden furniture, as well as shared grounds of around 7000m². A communal leisure room with pool table and darts is available. Possibility of access to the laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer. Gas heating included. Bed linen and towels provided.
