An ideal location for nature lovers and fishing enthusiasts at the local lake. Set in the heart of an orchard, the gîte is located on a superb private estate planted with trees and flowers.
Sleeps up to 4 people.

Living room: 1 sofa bed 140x190, connected TV, WIFI, Blu Ray player on request.
1 bedroom: 1 bed (140x190), 1 sleeping area, reading area on the mezzanine, bedside table, chest of drawers, wardrobe.
1 bathroom with walk-in shower and heated towel rail
1 Utility room with washing machine, WC, ironing board and iron, hoover
Pellet stove heating, 1 bag free for 2 days in cold season (pellet distributor in town centre)
Separate terrace with garden furniture, parasol and barbecue.
Rest area under the trees.

Outdoor jacuzzi available on request from April to October (with a charge of 10 euros per use).
