300 M² COMFORTABLE HOUSE
In a preserved environment of the Marais Poitevin, in the south of the Vendée, this 300 m² house (classified 5* as a meublé de tourisme) on a plot of 12,000 m² will seduce you with its comfort, the various activities, the tranquillity of the site and the exceptional environment.
Weekly and weekend rentals (3 days / 2 nights minimum)
1. THE ENVIRONMENT
1.20 ha of private space just for you, on the edge of the departmental biological reserve.
Here you are in the middle of unspoilt nature, alone, not overlooked; at the end of a small hamlet (the tarmac road ends here).
2. THE HOUSE
The 300 m² house can accommodate 12 people.
Bed linen and towels provided, beds made up on arrival.
Tea towels, spices and condiments are also provided.
The house comprises

- A 65 m² living room with kitchen including 4-burner gas hob, extractor hood, oven, microwave, dishwasher, full set of kitchen utensils; lounge area, dining area. Widescreen television
- A second kitchen / utility room with fridge, freezer, cooking piano, extractor hood, washing machine, tumble dryer.
- 2 bedrooms with 180 cm beds
- 1 bedroom with double bed (140cm) and mezzanine with 1 double bed (140cm)
- 1 bedroom with a double bed (140cm) and a mezzanine with 2 single beds (90cm)
- 3 shower rooms, 1 with bath
- 3 toilets
- 1 fully-equipped fitness room
- 1 relaxation area with SPA for 5 people, 1 infrared sauna for 3/4 people
- 1 games room with pool table, table football, games table.
OUTSIDE
- 250 m² terrace with 10 m x 5 m heated swimming pool, sun loungers

3. CAPACITY.
The house is designed for a maximum of 8 to 12 people.
Any request exceeding this capacity will be refused, even if friends or family are visiting during the day.
4. PETS.
Due to repeated damage, we no longer accept our animal friends.
5. RENTAL PERIOD
The house can be rented all year round.
The house is mainly rented by the week, with the possibility in off-peak periods of renting for short stays with a minimum of 2 nights.
7. RATES
- Week: from €2,200 to €4,200, depending on the period.
- Weekend of 3 days 2 nights: from €1,050 to €1,500, €300 to €400 per additional night depending on the period.
- Cleaning and service charges: fixed price of €180.
- Tourist tax: €1.50 per night per adult (5-star tourist accommodation classification).
