LES ECUREUILS - AUX REVES DU MARAIS

Gîte Les Écureuils. A comfortable, detached 3-room house (48 m²) set in 4000 m² of enclosed garden with trees and flowers, ideal for relaxing or playing with family or friends.

The gîte has 3 rooms:
1st bedroom with 1 double bed (140cm), bedside tables, wardrobe/shelves, luggage unit.
2nd bedroom with 2 single beds (90cm), bedside tables, wardrobe/shelves, desk/bookcase - possibility of adding a cot.
Dining room with table, 1 bench seat and 2 armchairs, television unit, satellite television, DVD player, hi-fi system.
Kitchen area opening onto dining room, fitted and equipped with fridge, freezer, microwave, grill oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, toaster, crockery and accessories for preparing all meals.
Separate shower room with xxl shower cubicle and furniture.
Separate toilet with washbasin.

Terrace facing east/south with various garden furniture, gas hob and garden furniture.
South/west-facing terrace with various garden furniture.

Access to the covered relaxation area under the owners' closed dome, to be shared with other travellers staying on the property (1 other 4-person Les Chouettes gîte). Open from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.: Year-round heated 9m x 4m swimming pool and 5-seater spa.
POOL NOT ACCESSIBLE FROM BEGINNING OCTOBER TO MID-AVRIL - SPA ACCESSIBLE ALL YEAR ROUND (Spa not authorised for children under 16).
Rules and regulations handed over and signed on arrival.
Enclosed car park with 6 spaces. Parking badge with deposit for greater independence.
Please note: no wifi in the gîtes.

Bed linen - Beds made on arrival.
Bathroom, kitchen and table linen.
Linen inventory given on arrival and available for the duration of your stay.
Towels cannot be used in the Espace Détente.

Baby kit available: cot, high chair & deckchair, as well as towels.

Emergency supplies:
Kitchen (salt, pepper, vinegar, oil, gherkins, mustard, coarse salt, coffee)
Maintenance (washing-up liquid, floors, liquid soap, dishwasher tablets)
Hospitality products :
Coffee cartridges, herbal teas, sugar, sweets.
Cleaning and ironing equipment.
Tourist information on site.

We will be present on your arrival to show you around the gîte and its facilities, and to check in and out. We will be discreet but available at your request during your stay.

Breakfast can be booked and served in the gîte between 8.30 and 10.30 a.m. at a cost of 10 euros per person per day.

On the outskirts of a small village with no shops.
Maillezais 3km away with all its shops, its Abbey and its landing stages.
Fontenay le Comte is 20 minutes away with its shops and château.
The beaches of the Vendée 1h15 away, La Rochelle 45mn away, Le Puy du Fou and Futuroscope 1h15 away.
