Completely renovated old house of 100 m2 with outbuildings of 25 m2, ideal for holidays with family or friends (7 people - max. 10 in summer + baby), a stone's throw from the Boisvinet beach and sailing school, and close to the town centre, on a plot of 250 m2.

Ground floor: double living room, fitted kitchen, bathroom, wc.
1st floor: 1 bedroom with double bed (140cm), 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds (90cm) + cot, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90cm) + 2 pull-out single beds (90cm), 1 shower room with WC.
In the summer outbuildings: 1 bedroom with double bed (140cm), 1 shower room with WC, a summer kitchen/laundry room opening onto the terrace, a bicycle garage and WC.
A wooded terrace facing south-west with barbecue and garden furniture.

Facilities and services:
You will find all the necessary household equipment: dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge-freezer, various food processors both in the house and in the outbuildings, as well as baby equipment (reclining high chair, changing unit, etc.).
For your leisure, board games, beach games, books, TV and DVD player are available.
Live box with wifi.

Beds are made up on arrival and we provide all the linen you need for your stay (towels and tea towels).

Cleaning at the end of your stay can be provided by us, for a fixed fee of 100 euros or 110 euros with the outbuilding.

Minimum stay of one week during school holidays and a minimum of 3 nights outside school holidays.
Discounts are applied to the nightly rate if you stay for more than 3 nights.
Discounts also apply for stays of 3 weeks or more.
Discounts on the monthly rate are not applied during school holiday periods.
During the period from October to April, if the bedroom and bathroom are used in the outbuilding, an additional charge of €10/day will be applied and paid to the owner on arrival.
