Gîte in the countryside close to places of interest between Coëvrons and Sud Mayenne

Le Pré Bellanger offers peaceful accommodation in the countryside, close to a number of places to visit in the Coëvrons and southern Mayenne, as well as a variety of hiking trails. The best-known sites are the Erve valley and the caves at Saulges, the Petite cité de caractère at Sainte Suzanne and Parné sur Roc, the garden at Château des Arcis in Meslay du Maine, and the PMU races at the Meslay du Maine racecourse.
La Bazouge de Chéméré is a pretty village with a restaurant and grocery shop, Le Ptit comptoir, with a bread depot. Takeaway meals available to order. The lake is ideal for fishing (with a federal fishing licence) and picnics, and there are also children's play areas. The gîte is 800 metres from the village.
The gîte is just 7 minutes from the A82 Paris/Rennes motorway exit.
In Vaiges, 5km away, you'll find all the shops and services you need: mini-market, chemist, bank, butcher, baker, etc.
10km away, in Meslay du Maine, Friday market, shops and services as well as Azuréo, an aquatic centre with indoor pool, sauna and steam room. Swimming lessons available for adults and children during holiday weeks. Please ask for details.
8km away, La Chesnaie leisure centre, with fishing pond and swimming area (supervised in summer), children's play area, mini-golf and a large swin golf course.
There are 2 walks from the gîte and the village.
In the garden, depending on the season, you can taste peaches, eat tomatoes, roast chestnuts, pick herbs... And all around the gîte, meadows with cows.
