LE PILIEU BLEU - MAISON MITOYENNE 5 PERSONNES

The house, called LE PILIER BLEU, is ready to welcome you in summer and winter, completely refurbished and insulated. It is situated in a double cul-de-sac for absolute peace and quiet.

Le Pilier Bleu has 2 bedrooms (sleeps 5) with storage, 1 double bed (140cm), 3 single beds including 1 bunk bed.
Bed linen, washing-up liquid, sponges and tea towels are provided.
Please note: only valid for a minimum rental of 1 week and with no reduction in price.
For information, towels are not provided.
I also supply shower mats, cleaning products and microfibres.

You will also find :
- A living room with a fully equipped kitchen: fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, induction hob, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine.
- A sofa lounge
- A shower room with Italian shower and toilet
You have at your disposal: hoover, ironing board and iron, washing machine, flat screen TV, board games, books, etc. We supply the cleaning products and their microfibres.
* You are responsible for cleaning the kitchen, shower room, toilets and floors.

Adjacent to the house, you will find a private area for your car and bicycles.
A terrace of around 40m² and 10m² of fenced-in land, which is very practical for supervising small children and our animal friends.
And of course, garden furniture, a barbecue, a secure garden shed with fishing tackle; you can put your beach gear in there, for example! And for the summer months: parasol and deckchair.

n July and August, a free bus (gratibus) is available 50m from the house. It can drop you off wherever you like.
And why not? Eat an ice-cream at the Bois de la Chaise or do your shopping at the Noirmoutier en Ile market etc... or simply try out other beaches etc...

Great wallpapers for your phone or computer .... with the sea moving in winter and the sun setting over the sea in summer....bref.... too beautiful
