GITE LE MOULIN A FOULON : 40 min from the Puy du Fou, Gîte for 8 people, built in 2001 in an old manor house, adjoining 2 other gîtes, situated in a hamlet on the banks of the Sèvre, 500 m from the village.

The Plessis house in the village of Gaumier is an old building with a distinctly Italian architectural style that was once home to the Plessis family, weavers for several generations.
Now converted into 3 adjoining gîtes, Le Fromaget on the left, Le Plessis in the centre, and Le Moulin à Foulon on the right, each gîte sleeps 8, set in 5,000 m² of enclosed landscaped grounds with a shared swimming pool (6x12m) open from late June to late September. It's the perfect place to relax with family or friends. Each flat has two private, well-exposed terraces with garden furniture, barbecue and deckchairs.

The location of the gîte provides access to a wide range of leisure activities, including hiking, cycling, canoeing and fishing. It is close to all amenities, with a grocery shop and bakeries just 500 m away, as well as Clisson 2 km, Le Puy du Fou 35 km, Nantes 40 km, Les Sables d'Olonne and the Vendée coast 85 km away. The gîtes are available to rent all year round, heating included.
