Opposite the gîte, you have direct access to the river with canoes, rowing boats, paddle boats and life jackets. You'll also have the pleasure of cycling the Vélo Francette itinerary less than 1km from the gîte, thanks to the bikes available. Don't forget your helmets!

[THE GITE] 65m² on two levels. The bright, friendly 38m² living room is perfect for meals, board games, reading and watching films. A large fitted kitchen (oven, microwave...), dining area, lounge with television (Netflix account). From this room, watch the boats and fishermen go by and observe the local wildlife. WC on the ground floor. Upstairs, 1 bedroom of 10m² with 2 beds of 80 x 200cm (or 160 x 200cm), a bedroom of 10m² on the ground floor (7.80m² at a height of 1m80) with a bed of 140x190cm. A shower room with toilet, shower and vanity unit.

Outside, enjoy the 300m² grounds with private terrace, garden furniture, sun loungers, parasol, barbecue, gravelled area and lawn next to the river. The property is enclosed and secure.
