Situated in the heart of greenery, this six-person gîte will welcome you from 27 June 2020 (Renovation 2020).
Situated between land and sea, the gîte is ideal for nature lovers (footpaths start from the house). It is also 20 minutes from La Roche-sur-Yon, 40 minutes from Le Puy du Fou, and 50 minutes from Les Sables d'Olonne and Nantes.
This 100 m² farmhouse sleeps 6 people (possibility of 2 extra beds for children). Ideal for families (equipment for young children available: cot, high chair).
It comprises :
* 1 bedroom on the ground floor with a 160cm bed
* 1 bedroom upstairs with a 160cm bed
* 1 bedroom upstairs with two 90cm beds
* 2 bathrooms with walk-in showers (1 on the ground floor and 1 on the first floor)
* 2 WCs (1 on the ground floor and one upstairs)
* A small reading area (glass roof)
* Fitted kitchen, living room, dining room (oven, dishwasher, television).
* Large garden, parking.
