Studio apartment with sea view located on the first floor of a residence in the heart of St Gilles Croix de Vie, a stone's throw from the pier. Accommodation comprises a living room with fitted kitchen, a sleeping area separated from the day area by a blackout curtain, a shower room and a separate WC. The residence is 650m from Boisvinet beach, and a ferry crosses the harbour in July and August to the Grande Plage. The train station is 500m away (regular train services in the immediate vicinity). No wi-fi. Balcony (sea view) with table and chairs. Bike storage available in the residence. Optional extras: Bed linen hire: €20/stay; Bathroom linen hire: €7/person/stay; End-of-stay cleaning: €30/stay.
