Gîte for 6 people on the banks of the Sèvre, renovated in 2021 and adjoining two other gîtes. On the ground floor (accessible by steps), you will find a living room (fireplace) with sofa bed (140cm)/kitchen. On a half-floor, there is a storage/laundry area (washing machine). Upstairs are 2 bedrooms (1 x 140cm bed, 1 x 160cm bed), a shower room and a separate WC. The wooden beams, evidence of the old building, cross the corridor and the bedrooms at half-height (photos). There is a private outdoor area with garden furniture and parasol, as well as a shared garden with barbecue. Three gîtes on site: H85G019982, H85G019983, H85G019984. Possibility of renting Le Coteau gîte (H85G019983) at the same time (connecting door). Public car park 200 m away. Electric heating and wood included.
