Very large refurbished flat for 6 to 8 people (maximum) with swimming pool open between 1 June and 15 September and reserved for the residence. A residence where respect for people and places is expected.

You'll feel right at home in this quiet residence, which is available to rent all year round on request.

The price varies according to the period requested.
Reservations for July and August are only taken on a weekly basis from Saturday to Saturday or on a fortnightly basis as a priority. -5% discount on the 2nd week if 2 consecutive weeks are booked.

La Cabana is a 95 m2 seafront flat with direct, private access to the main beach at Saint Gilles Croix de Vie. It comprises: a spacious entrance hall with a bookcase and a place to take your shoes off / a fully-equipped kitchen (oven / microwave / dishwasher / Nespresso...). There's everything you need to prepare delicious meals / a spacious, comfortable living room facing the sea and a large dining table (crockery for 8 people / television / wifi) / separate toilet - bathroom with walk-in shower - washing machine - tumble dryer.

The flat sleeps 6 to 8 people:
Bedroom 1: with a 140 cm double bed with wardrobe
Bedroom 2: with a 160 cm double bed and 2 wardrobes
Bedroom 3 sleeps 4: two 140 cm double beds with ample storage and a desk area.

A small balcony for admiring the sea and a communal terrace around the pool for relaxing.

Sheets can be hired on request (€20 per bed). Towels are not provided.

Cleaning is at your own expense.

Price per week in low season 1000 euros.
