Ground floor: entrance hall leading to kitchen/living room/lounge, separate WC, bedroom (1 x 160cm bed) with en-suite shower room. Upstairs: a landing with a large storage cupboard leading to a shower room with washing machine, separate WC, a first bedroom (1 x 160cm bed) and a second bedroom (1 x 160cm bed, accessed via a 1.70m high door).
Wifi internet access.
Outside, a fully covered terrace with garden furniture, deckchairs, barbecue and outdoor fridge.
Private parking on the plot.
Gated access with digicode. Shared entrance: right of way for No. 42 (owners' parents). Bed linen provided.

Cleaning package: €90/stay; Linen hire: €10/person/stay.
Additional charges:
Visitor's tax, heating package: 5€/day (payable to the owner).
