Between Angers and Le Mans, group gîte for 11 people with 5 bedrooms and games room (bar, pool table, table football, darts) on the edge of the Chandelais national forest, the most remarkable forest in Anjou.

A pleasant 4,000m² wooded garden where you can spend quality time with family and friends: summer kitchen, bowling green, plenty of games for children (swing, slide, sandpit, etc.) and adults (shuffleboard, badminton, molkky), access to animals (peacock, donkey, sheep, hens).
In summer, the municipal open-air swimming pool is just 5 minutes away.

Shops and restaurants 5 minutes away in Baugé en Anjou, famous for its castle and apothecary. The gîte is 25 minutes from La Flèche Zoo, 30 minutes from Saumur and the banks of the Loire, and 45 minutes from Angers.

Ground floor: lounge/living room for your meals and sitting room with wood-burning stove - Games room with view and direct access to the terrace (television and extra bedding possible on sofa bed) - Fitted kitchen and utility room (two fridges and freezer, induction hob, oven, coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave, two raclette sets for 6 people....) - Linen room (washing machine and tumble dryer) - Bedroom 1 (2 beds 90x190) - Bedroom 2 (1 bed 160x200) - Shower room with walk-in shower, washbasin and hairdryer - Separate WC.

Upstairs: Bedroom 3 (1 bed 140x190) - Bedroom 4 (1 bed 140x190) - Bedroom 5 (2 beds 90x200 or king size bed 180x200 + 1 bed 90x190) - Shower room with walk-in shower, washbasin and WC.

Beds made on arrival and wood supplied for the wood-burning stove. Towels and end-of-stay cleaning optional. On-site parking. Wifi connection. Baby equipment: 2 cots, 2 high chairs, booster seat, free-standing bath. Pets not allowed.
