Ground floor: living room/kitchen with pellet stove, bedroom (1 x 140cm bed), shower room (PRM access), separate WC (PRM access), storage room, mezzanine sleeping area (2 x 90cm twin beds). Wifi internet access. Outside, private terrace on a small enclosed plot. Shared swimming pool (5x8.5m) open from 2pm to 6pm from June to September, petanque area, table tennis, children's swing.
