Renovated old stone house located in the centre of the village near the church (bells ring between 8am and 8pm). Ground floor with internal steps: sitting room (wood-burning stove), living room/kitchen (TV), toilet area (washbasin, wc). First floor with 3 sleeping areas: bathroom/wc, mezzanine with low crossbeam and 1 x 160cm bed, 1 bedroom with 1 x 160cm bed (access via low opening), 1 bedroom with 2 x 90cm beds. Wifi. Garden with trees and terraces overlooking the lake and 70 m² enclosed area (garden furniture, electric plancha). Fishing possible in the lake below (daily fishing permit required). Public car park 50 m away. Options: End-of-stay cleaning: €60/stay; Sheet hire for 1 or 2 pers. 12€/stay; Bathroom linen hire: 8€/pers/stay.
