Description of the house:
A ground floor of approx. 52 m² comprising a large living room with kitchen area and sitting area (TV), 1 bathroom and separate WC.
First floor: 48 m2 with 3 large bedrooms.
Sleeps 4 to 6 people: 2 double beds and 2 single beds.
Kitchen equipment: Dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, fridge-freezer, 4-burner ceramic hob, electric oven.
Equipment in the bathroom: Washing machine.

Outside :
13 m² covered terrace with garden furniture.
Small courtyard of approx. 30 m².

Availability:
Weekly or fortnightly rentals (Saturday to Saturday) during the summer period (02/07/22 to 03/09/22).
The rest of the year, rental is possible for a minimum of 2 nights.

Tariffs

Per night for 1 to 4 people: €60 + €35 cleaning charge/stay
Night for 5 people: €70 + €35 cleaning charge/stay
Night for 6 people: €80 + €35 cleaning charge/stay

Deposit: 30% of the rental price

Tourist tax to be paid on site
