This former 18th-century Jules Ferry school has been fully renovated to provide modern comforts and can host events such as family reunions, birthdays, weddings and small seminars.
It has 6 individual bedrooms, 2 of which are in the garden outbuildings. In the main house, there are 4 separate bedrooms, each with its own shower room and double wc, including a master suite and a children's or guest bedroom, with a terrace overlooking the garden.
A total of 6 bathrooms and 7 WCs.
The living area features a fitted kitchen with fireplace overlooking a wooded garden and terrace. The other part of the green space overlooks the private swimming pool (secured by a roller shutter).
A cathedral reception room (6 metres under ceiling) with fireplace and games room on the mezzanine.
The beach at Le Veillon is 6 kilometres away and Les Sables d'Olonne 12 kilometres.
