Recently built detached house in the heart of Ile d'Yeu, a stone's throw from the Citadelle woods and close to the beaches. The ground floor comprises a lounge/living room/kitchen (connected TV, games console, Blu-ray player, sound bar), a laundry room (washing machine, tumble dryer), a first bedroom (2 x 90x2 bunk beds) with lots of children's games, a second bedroom (1 x 140 bed), a shower room and a separate toilet. Upstairs, a bedroom (1 x 160cm bed) with en-suite shower room and WC. Wifi internet access. Heating and air conditioning by heat pump. The house has 600m² of grounds with garden furniture, barbecue and bicycle rack. The owner will meet you at the port and take you to the gîte in a 100% electric car, and will transfer you in the same way on departure. Optional extras: bed linen hire: €12.40/bed for 1 person/stay and €18.10/bed for 2 people/stay; beds made up on arrival (in addition to bed linen hire): €12.50/bed/stay; bathroom linen hire: €6.50/person/stay; cleaning charge €100/stay. Pets allowed: €20/stay. Additional charge: tourist tax.
