Farm house of the 17th century which has been furnished in 1994 with 2 terraced lodges close to the housing of the owner on a cereal farm.

Separate entry and wide shared terrain equipped with a private part of 700 m² (garden furniture, barbecue).

The lodge comprises:
- on the ground floor, a kitchen area lounge (TV, washing machine, dish washer, microwave, coffee maker, toaster), a bath room with Italian shower, a toilet and 2 rooms (1x160 cm)(1x160 cm).
- on the first floor, two rooms (1x140 cm - 1x90 cm)(3x90 cm), a bath room and a toilet.

On place, shared with the other lodges, you have access to:
- a covered and heated swimming pool (from mid-April to mid-October)
- a tennis court
- billiard
- a table tennis table
- 2 basketball boards
- 1 volleyball or badminton net
- a relaxation room with muscle-building apparatus, a games area for children and a WiFi-access.
