In the small village of Grosbreuil, a few minutes' drive from the beach at Le Veillon and Les Sables d'Olonne, a house for 8 people (can sleep 10) with outdoor swimming pool.
The 125m² house has a large living room with fitted kitchen, lounge and conservatory opening onto a large terrace.
The house has three bedrooms (3 x 140cm beds and 4 x 90cm bunk beds), a shower room and a bathroom.
The exteriors are the real asset of this house: large garden planted with trees, outdoor swimming pool with tubular cover (children are the responsibility of the children), large terraces with no overlooking views and covered courtyard ideal for family meals.
Prices for summer 2021 :
- 4 to 10 July: €1680 + €70 cleaning charge
- 11 to 17 July: €1890 + €70 cleaning charge
- 17 July to 21 August: €2135 + €70 cleaning charge
- from 22 to 28 August: €1750 + €70 for the cleaning package
