For a short break or a holiday in the countryside, while taking advantage of its privileged geographical location to discover the surrounding natural and heritage treasures: the châteaux of Brézé, Montreuil-Bellay, Saumur, Montsoreau, the troglodyte caves, the Doué-la-Fontaine Biopark, the vineyards, the museums, Fontevraud Abbey, the Cadre Noir (ENE)... discover this 70 m² holiday rental, with views over the vines and its large wooded park.

Les Laurielles gîte comprises a living room with fully equipped kitchen, linen room, wc, lounge with sofa bed and, upstairs, two air-conditioned bedrooms and a shower room with wc, shower and bath.
Private terrace with plancha, garden furniture, parasol and direct access to the secure heated swimming pool (shared by the gîte and the two guest rooms).

The property has a large lawn with outdoor games: a swing, table tennis and a petanque area.
A sauna session can also be arranged on site (extra charge).
