GITE LES IRIS

Situated in the heart of the high bocage of the Vendée, 18 km from Puy du Fou, 1H30 from Futuroscope, 1 hour from the Douai-la-Fontaine Biopark and 10 km from Pouzauges, our family home is available for seasonal rental between April and October.
With all the main facilities for a family stay, this accommodation is the ideal place to discover the Vendée and relax in a calm, green environment.

With 100m2 of living space, the house is set in 2000 m² of unenclosed land. The house has 3 bedrooms sleeping 6 (1 bedroom with a 160cm bed, 1 bedroom with a 140cm bed, 1 bedroom with 2 90cm beds), a 45m² living/dining room and a fully-equipped kitchen: crockery and cutlery, kitchen utensils and pots and pans, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, juicer, ceramic hob, mini-oven and microwave, fridge with freezer, dishwasher.

Washing machine, iron and ironing board are also available.

WC on the ground floor and a shower room with shower and WC on the first floor.

Baby cot and high chair available.

Wi-fi available.

In the garden :
Garden table and chairs, parasol, garden furniture, deckchairs.

Weekly rental from Saturday to Saturday.

The price for a week does not include sheets and towels, or household linen, which may be provided:
- sheets and towels: 10 euros per room,
- kitchen linen: 5 euros.

We can fill the fridge for you before your arrival, according to your requests (fixed price €20 + amount of purchases).

Cleaning package available at the end of your stay for €60.
