The accommodation is composed as follows:

Ground floor :

- A 65 m' living room with sofa, board games, TV. Dining room table for 10 people.
- An open-plan family kitchen, fitted and equipped: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob and induction hob, Mr cuisine food processor, Senseo pod coffee maker, raclette machine. Cleaning products supplied (1 sponge, 7 dishwasher pods, washing-up liquid, products and materials for floors and surfaces.
- A laundry room. With 9kg washing machine and 8kg tumble dryer, iron, large indoor clothes rail, outdoor clothes line.
- Bedroom 1: double bed (16Qx200) with TV
- Bedroom 2: 3 single beds (90x200) including 2 beds exclusively for children under 70kg + cot available if required.
- 1 shower room (Italian shower) + changing table for baby and bath for children under 3.
- Separate WC, with baby potty and WC reducer for children.


First floor:

- A mezzanine with a small lounge with 2 sofas, a library and an office area for teleworking.
- Bedroom 3: double bed (160x200)
- Bedroom 4: double bed (140x190)
- Shower room.
- Separate WC.


Outside :

- A first enclosed front garden of 450 m2 facing south and parking for 3 cars + trailer.
- A rear garden overlooking the marsh with private port access.
- A covered summer kitchen with garden table for 10 people and deckchairs.
- A barbecue
- A canoe + oars


Services included:

Wifi fibre Orange - beds made up on arrival + 1 bathroom towel/ pers + 2 tea towels and 1 hand towel + 2 shower mats (SupplSE \ room if bed linen supplement during stay)

Security deposit: €500 + holiday rental liability certificate to be requested from your insurer.

Pets: Not allowed (if not respected, a cleaning fee of €200 will be charged).

Arrival times: 5pm to 8pm
Departure time: 10.00 am

Visitor's tax: to be paid on site according to current rates, free for children under 18.

Electric vehicles may not be charged at the gîte. There is an electric charging point with fast and normal charging at the entrance to Aziré (D104) or in the car park of the Benet 85 supermarket.

Cleaning at the end of your stay 60€.

Before leaving you must clean the 2 shower rooms, the kitchen and the appliances used, empty the dishwasher, sheets and towels will be collected in the entrance hall.
