Upstairs, you will find a landing with a library, 2 bedrooms (1 x 160cm bed) (2 x 80cm twin beds) with en-suite shower rooms and a separate WC. Outside, there is a terrace and a 46m² garden. The outside is currently being landscaped. A laundry room is available in a building attached to the gîte. The property is fully enclosed and has private parking.
