LE PETIT MONTY : 10 minutes from the Puy du Fou, Le Petit Montys offers 2 gîtes sleeping 10 and 9 people respectively

The farmhouse houses 2 group gîtes (sleeping 9 and 10) and is located in the hamlet of Les Montys, 50 m from Le Petit Monty, in the heart of a working livestock farm close to the Puy du Fou in the Vendée. You can make the most of our grounds, which give direct access to a vast green space visible from the accommodation, allowing you to keep an eye on your children.
By reserving our 2 gites, Les Montys will be the ideal place to welcome families, friends, groups, seminars... while respecting everyone's privacy.

A large capacity :
The large reception room at Les Montys gîtes can seat around thirty people, making it an ideal venue for your family reunions or work seminars.
You can also extend your bookings to our other adjoining accommodation: the 2 group gîtes (9 and 10 people) and the Petit Monty family guest rooms, for a total capacity of up to 35 people in all our Les Montys guest houses.

Gite Coté Etang
80 m² (ground floor, 1st floor)
Our gîte comprises a large living room (40m²) with a modern, fully-equipped kitchen, complete with dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, etc. (dishcloths and dishwasher tablets are available in the kitchen).
The living room opens directly onto an outdoor area with garden furniture, deckchairs, parasol and barbecue.
Nearby, you can enjoy a relaxation area shared by the occupants of the gîtes and chambres d'hôtes, with table tennis, table football, board games, deckchairs... And a semi-underground swimming pool in durable wood 6x3, covered and heated, is accessible during the season (May-September).

The first floor has 3 separate bedrooms:
- 1 master bedroom with 1 queen-size bed (160cm)
- 1 family suite with 1 queen-size bed (160cm) and 3 single beds (90cm)
- 1 trio bedroom with 1 queen-size bed - 160 and 1 single bed - 90
- Each bedroom has its own shower room and WC
A folding cot is available, but this is not included in the stated capacity.

Services not included in your accommodation:
Bed linen and towels are not included in the rental of the gîte. However, it is possible to hire sheets and towels at an additional cost and on request at least one week in advance.
For information and to plan your bed linen: the mattress size is standard 90x190 for single beds and 160x190 for double beds. Each bed is equipped with pillows and duvets (double or single depending on sleeping arrangements).
The number of people may not be exceeded without prior agreement.

250€ per night for 9 people in season and 150€ per night out of season
Season 2024 from 4/04/25 to 2/11/25 - Off season from 3/11/24 to 3/04/25 and from 2/11/25 to 31/12/25
Tourist tax not included: €1.27 per day per person over 18.
