A warm welcome and a very functional cottage. The 40 m² cottage has air conditioning for hot summer days. You will also appreciate the pleasant 50 m² swimming pool and its superb landscaping. The car park can accommodate cars, motorbikes and bicycles in complete safety. There is also a charging point for electric vehicles. A digital code gate and key box allow you to arrive with complete autonomy. There's also a barbecue, board and outdoor games, and a breakfast delivery service at weekends and during the summer. Enough to keep everyone entertained and enjoy a pleasant stay in the heart of this peaceful property!
Ideally located for exploring the rich Saumur region: vineyards, the Loire, châteaux, troglodyte caves... The gîte is close to the Route des Vins, the Loire Valley cycle route and a number of hiking trails.
