Gîte in an independent communal château. Ground floor: large, fully-equipped kitchen, dining room, separate living room with flat-screen TV, French and English channels, fireplace. Separate WC. Laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron. First floor: 4 bedrooms: 3 bedrooms, each with 2 twin beds (90cm), en-suite shower room (Italian shower or bath, washbasin and private WC) and 1 suite with 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds (90cm) and 1 lounge/study (with 1 sofa bed (120cm)) and private shower room and WC.
