It is ideally situated, very close to the Mervent forest, less than an hour from the beaches of the Vendée, La Rochelle and the Ile de Ré, and 30 minutes from the Marais Poitevin and the abbeys of Maillezais and Nieul sur l'Autise. You can also take advantage of our kayaks to cruise the rivers and canals.
The house is approximately 40m2. On the ground floor, there is a modern, fully-equipped kitchen (filter coffee maker, Nespresso coffee maker, juicer, toaster, combined microwave oven, fridge with freezer compartment, induction hob with hood, dishwasher), and a sitting area with a corner sofa bed and coffee table.
Upstairs, there is a large bedroom with a 180cm bed (or two 90cm beds), a lovely, bright bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower, and separate WC.
The private garden has sun loungers, a large dining table in the shade of the trees, and a barbecue for summer dinners.
The house is ideal for two people, and can also accommodate a child.
