The gîte is on one level, adjoining the owners' house but not overlooked. The gates and entrance to the accommodation are separate.
1 large, bright living room with fully equipped kitchen and central island, dining area and lounge area with flat-screen TV, dart board and wood-burning stove, depending on the season. Loan of household linen (tea towel, tablecloth).
3 bedrooms: 1 double, 1 twin/double, 1 twin/double. Beds will be made up on arrival. Loan of bed linen (pillow, bolster, duvet).
Bathroom: 1 washbasin, 1 bath and 1 shower, 1 set of towels per person. Separate WC.
Terrace with garden furniture, deckchairs and charcoal barbecue.
Large garden with petanque area.
Large private car park and closed garage for motorbikes/cycles, on request.
Free Wi-Fi.

Visitors are not allowed without the owners' permission - Parties and evening entertainment are not permitted on the property in order to respect the neighbours.
A cleaning charge of €80 is compulsory. Dishes must be washed and put away, rubbish emptied.
