Our métairie, an 18th-century building full of character, is located between the Puy du Fou and Noirmoutier, in the historic heart of the Vendée wars.
Situated in a hamlet in the countryside, in a green setting, you will find peace, comfort and all amenities nearby.
There's plenty to choose from: lounging by the pool, going for a walk or a bike ride, rediscovering the history of the surrounding area at the Historial de Vendée or the Logis de la Chabotterie, but also discovering our beaches and the islands of Noirmoutier or Yeu within a maximum 50 km radius, visiting all the treasures of Nantes, dreaming of the Puy du Fou and much, much more...

A 40 m² living room with kitchenette and private terrace.
3 bedrooms:
2 bedrooms of 17 and 18 m² each with: 1 bed of 160 x 200, a bathroom with walk-in shower and separate WC. (One of the bedrooms has an extra 90 x 190 bed).
1 bedroom of 12 m² with 2 beds 90 x 200.

In the cottage "Les Moineaux Rigolos" :
Ground floor: 1 bedroom of 20 m² with 1 bed 160 x 200, a shower room with walk-in shower and separate WC.
First floor: 1 bedroom of 23 m² with 3 beds 90 x 190
a small private terrace.

All local shops are 3 km away: a supermarket, small shops (bakeries, butchers, newsagents, etc.), doctors, dentists.... Pizzeria, crèperie, cinema....
