Would you like to discover Le Mans? With a parking space, you can enjoy the city centre just 5 minutes away, or easily escape to discover the surrounding area.
Are you on a business trip? The calm of the residence will allow you to rest between two days.
The flat is located on the 7th floor with lift, accessible without stairs between the car park and the lift.
The 10m2 bedroom has a double bed and the bedding is less than a year old. Electrical sockets on either side of the bed allow you to charge your telephone or computer if required. It faces north, so you can enjoy fresh air in the evenings on summer days.
The bathroom is spacious. It has a shower, washbasin, washing machine, ironing board and iron.
The main room has a fully equipped kitchen opening onto the living room. You'll find all the equipment you need to heat up a quick meal, or to cook: Dishwasher, induction hob, oven, fridge, crockery.... A high table for 2 people is available for meals.
The dining area can be fitted with a table for 4 people (console on the wall in the photos that can be folded out).
The lounge area faces the breathtaking view of Le Mans. Facing due south, you can admire the sky. The lounge is equipped with a television, Bluetooth hi-fi system, board games, etc.
The balcony lets you enjoy the fresh air. It overlooks the residence's grounds. Forget about passing cars, and listen instead to the bird calls from the hanging chair!
In winter, the flat has underfloor heating. It also has space heaters if required.
