The ground floor includes a functional kitchen with dining area off the living room (induction hob/cooker, oven, microwave, fridge (with freezer), kettle, toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher and washing machine.

The lounge area has two sofas, a coffee table, a flat-screen TV and a wood-burning stove.

Upstairs is the fully open-plan sleeping area. There are two sleeping areas:

It has direct access to a small outdoor area of 8 m2 and an unenclosed garden of 40 m2 less than 10 m away, where you can spend quality time with your family in the shade of the trellis, reading a book, etc.

A communal car park is just a hundred metres away.
However, you can still park in front of the house to unload your vehicle.
