5-person gîte renovated in 2017, close to the heart of Mortagne and the Puy du Fou, and just a few metres from a footpath along the Sèvre Nantaise.

Situated 15 minutes from the Puy du Fou, this atypical 67 m2 self-catering cottage can accommodate up to 5 people. The beams, fireplace, stonework and terracotta floor tiles combine the charm of the past with the comfort of renovation.
Everything here is cosy and full of history.
In summer, the thick stone walls will keep you cool, and in winter the wood-burning stove will create a cosy atmosphere.

The ground floor includes a functional kitchen with dining area off the living room (induction hob/cooker, oven, microwave, fridge (with freezer), kettle, toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher and washing machine.

The lounge area has two sofas, a coffee table, a flat-screen TV and a wood-burning stove.

Upstairs is the fully open-plan sleeping area. There are two sleeping areas:

It has direct access to a small outdoor area of 8 m2 and an unenclosed garden of 40 m2 less than 10 m away, where you can spend quality time with your family in the shade of the trellis, reading a book, etc.

A communal car park is just a hundred metres away.
However, you can still park in front of the house to unload your vehicle.
