Gîte ideally located between La Rochelle (35min), the Marais Poitevin (Venise verte 20min), the Puy du fou (1h), the Pertuis islands (Ile de Ré, Ile d'Oléron, Ile d'Aix...), the beaches of the Atlantic coast (la Faute-sur-Mer 45min), the Mervent forest and its reservoir (20min, canoeing, zoo, amusement park).

A bright, spacious living room (sofa bed, television), fully-equipped kitchen (fridge-freezer, electric hob, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, washing machine), bedroom (double bed 140x190, wardrobe), shower room (shower, toilet), terrace (garden furniture, table, barbecue) overlooking a large plot of land crossed by a marsh channel. Ideal for fishing enthusiasts (pontoon).

There are also beehives nearby, which you can explore with the beekeeper.

July & August prices: 450€ / week.

Sheets and towels not provided (bed equipped with duvet and pillows).

Pets not allowed...there are some on site! (cats, dogs, chickens)
