This spacious gîte (160m2, Gîte de France label, 3 épis) is set in a fully restored old building near the vineyards in a charming village, also a Petite Cité de Caractère.

A detached house that can accommodate up to 12 people with :
- A large living room (sofa, table, etc.),
- A well-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, induction hob, etc.) with dining area,
- A ground-floor bedroom (double bed) and a mezzanine (2 single beds, 1 pull-out bed, 1 cot)
- A mezzanine above the living area (pull-out bed 2x90, bed140 and bed 140 in the alcove), which can be used as a "dormitory" or bedroom and play area,
- Two ground-floor bathrooms with walk-in shower (one with WC, WC riser, shower stool),
- Separate toilet on the ground floor,
- Laundry room with washing machine and baby equipment (bath, chair, changing table, etc.), cleaning equipment,
- A studio flat (veranda side) with double bed (140cm), shower area and WC,
- Access to a veranda (20m2) overlooking the garden, where you can discover the landscapes of the Layon valley.
You can take advantage of the gîte's setting to visit the many tourist and historical sites.
